3 (3 + 0) Prerequisite: SLHS 2890 and one of the following: (SLHS 1500 and SED 3600) or (SLHS 2530 and SLHS 3540) with a grade of "C" or better for each courseThis course allows students to explore how speech and language disorders/differences and hearing loss affect school-age children. Students learn identification, assessment, and intervention methods designed to help children and adolescents with communication disorders and differences. Students observe children with communication disorders in school settings.
