Course content and objectives prepare teacher candidates to develop students' ability in reading,writing,speaking,viewing,and listening. Teacher candidates acquire literacy tools, including assessment strategies, to scaffold content instruction for diverse learners. Literacy strategies are applied to positively impact student content learning.
