3 (3 + 0) Prerequisite: BIO 2310, HPS 1640; or Permission of instructor This course is designed to acquaint the student with the anatomical and physiological changes that occur with aging and how they affect the health and mobility of the aging adult. Physical activity will be discussed as an intervention procedure that can be used to minimize problems associated with these changes. This course will include an opportunity for on-site observation and involvement.
