3 (3 + 0) Prerequisite: MKT 3000, CIS 2010 or equivalent, and At least junior standing This course is designed to introduce students to the cutting-edge technologies that are necessary to perform effectively as marketing professionals. The primary focus of this course is marketing uses of the worldwide network of computers known as the Internet including Web site design and maintenance, marketing research, e-mail, and advertising. The course will also provide limited coverage of other electronic technologies including fax-on-demand, CDROM, and database marketing.
