3 (2 + 2) Prerequisite: MET 3070, MET 1210, and MTH 2410, all with a grade "C" or betterThis is an introductory course to computer-aided analysis, which is designed for the students to familiarize with modern computer application in stress analysis. The course will cover fundamentals of finite element analysis (FEA) and the applications to engineering analysis. Commercially available software packages will be used to conduct the class.
