2 (1 + 2) Prerequisite: Minimum 1 semester ballet, jazz, or modern dance or instructor's Permission and two years of dance experience This course presents the basic elements of dance. Students explore and create dance movements in order to arrive at finished choreographic studies and they will develop techniques and methods related to improvisation and choreography that will enhance their teaching skills.
