2 (1 + 2) This course is designed to provide the student basic skills, practice, and theory in physical fitness. Major components of muscle strength, muscle endurance, cardiovascular pulmonary endurance, flexibility and body composition are discussed in detail. Exercise prescription skills, administration skills, and leadership skills are enhanced through active participation in conditioning activities.
