2 (1 + 2) This course is designed to introduce the beginning student to the 25 basic movement forms and concepts of Tai Chi, an ancient form of Chinese physical exercise and mental concentration. Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that provides practical application to movements in daily life with an emphasis on meditation, strength, flexibility and aerobic training.
