The course focuses on contract types, contract elements, technical specifications for procurement, description of procedure, incident reports, technical literature reviews, professional memos, electronic correspondence, document specifications, progress reports, formal technical reports, and other engineering and surveying/mapping functions. The course provides an overview of the legal and technical aspects of writing professional specifications.
