The fundamentals of nomenclature, physical properties, chemical structure, stereochemistry, organic reactions, mechanisms, synthesis, purifi68 cations, and compound identification will be emphasized. Biological, medical, and familiar real-world examples will be discussed in the context of organic chemistry. Prerequisite: C131/133.
