This course examines and illustrates the strategies, principles and techniques of revenue management as they relate to lodging, travel/tourism, food service and facilities management. The relationship between accurate forecasting, overbooking, reservation systems, marketing issues, pricing and e-Commerce as they relate to financial decision making are investigated. Students are required to analyze revenue management scenarios. Prerequisites: FSM3001, HOSP1010, SEE3008. Quarter Credit Hours 4.5
