Prerequisite: ACC 2240 with grade of C or better, junior standing. A study of the concepts of individual taxation and extensive practice in filling out individual Form 1040 and the complete back-up forms. Also included is an introductory study of Partnership Taxation and the filling out of Partnership Form 1065. The concept of tax planning is stressed in every area.
