Considers probability concepts and theory for better design and control of aerospace engineering systems. Includes descriptive and inferential statistical methods for experimental analysis. Also covers discrete and continuous random variable distributions, estimators, confidence intervals, regression, analysis of variance, hypothesis testing, nonparametric statistics, random processes, and quality control, including software models of same.
