Reviews current theory and research on topics such as communication and conflict, persuasion, and ethical dimensions of communication practices. May be taken twice for credit on different topics. Prereq., COMM 3210. Restricted to junior/senior COMM majors. Same as COMM 5220. Approved for arts and sciences core curriculum: critical thinking.
