Description: Advanced stage combat. Intensive scene study incorporating the techniques of stage combat. Survey and review of major acting theories with emphasis on integrating stage combat techniques. Students may have an opportunity to test for national recognition by the Society of American Fight Directors as an actor/combatant. Grading: Regular grades are awarded for this course: A B C D E. Prerequisite(s): Audition. Typical structure: 2 hours lecture, 2 hours studio. May be convened with: T AR 553. Usually offered: Fall, Spring, Summer.
