Description: The methods, content and practice pertinent to the study of art and archaeology. Materials science provides one of the keys for interpreting objects in their historical and cultural context. Grading: Regular grades are awarded for this course: A B C D E. Prerequisite(s): two courses from Tier One, Natural Sciences (NATS 101, 102, 104). An optional lab, MSE/ANTH/ENGR 258, may be taken concurrently. Credit for: 3 units engineering science.
