Description: This course is designed to introduce students to the research facilities in the Chemistry Department and to the research interests of the Chemistry faculty in anticipation of the students' participation in undergraduate research. It is recommended that students take this course in their sophomore year. Grading: Regular or alternative grades can be awarded for this course: A B C D E or S P C D E. Prerequisite(s): or Concurrent registration, CHEM 241B, CHEM 242B or CHEM 246B. Open to majors and non-majors. Usually offered: Spring.
