Description: This module spans nearly the entire EMBA program. Participants deepen their project management abilities by integrating coursework for Module 13 with other modules. At the same time, participants use their developing project management knowledge in real-time by applying skills to manage their required Innovation Projects. The Module focuses on both supporting Innovation Projects and on tools and techniques to facilitate project selection and management. Grading: Regular grades are awarded for this course: A B C D E. Typical structure: 1 hour lecture, 1 hour individual studies. Usually offered: Fall, Spring, Summer.
