Description: The first year colloquium is designed to acquaint students with a Biochemistry & Molecular Biophysics (BMB) faculty member, the curriculum and the department in a small group setting. A variety of topics will be explored in this one unit course. All BMB freshmen and transfer students are encouraged to enroll for their first semester at the University of Arizona. This is a First-Year Colloquium Course. Grading: Regular or alternative grades can be awarded for this course: A B C D E or S P C D E. Usually offered: Fall.
