Description: Principles of electric circuits. Selection, interfacing and calibration of digital and analog sensors to measure physical variables. Optical electrochemical and piezoelectric biosensors. Basic bioprocess control. Grading: Regular grades are awarded for this course: A B C D E. Special course fee required: $50. Prerequisite(s): CHEM 103A and CHEM 103B or MSE 110.
