3 hours. Prerequisite: Permission of the instructor. This course is designed to teach students in stage design all aspects of drawing and rendering. Students will explore different types of media in which to color the drawings as well as how to render specific types of fabrics. Drawing exercises will focus on live models with and without period garments and elements of stage settings.
