The study of string, wind, and percussion instruments for students with no instrumental music experience. This course is designed to give choral and choral/keyboard majors a functional knowledge of band and orchestra instruments. Students in the course must be able to read notes and rhythms. Open to all university students with permission of the instructor. Two class meetings per week. Fall Semester only in odd-number years.
