A two semester course for non-science majors integrating basic principles of the physical and biological sciences. The course focuses on a scientific view of the nature of the world and how it changes over time by examining the origins of the Earth, the solar system, and the universe; the origins and maintenance of life; biological evolution; and global climate change.
