Prerequisite: NURS 306 or NURS 455 with grades of "C" or higher . The focus of this course is onthe role of the nursing professional within a health care setting selected by the student and the instructor. Students will work closely with a practicing professional (preceptor) in the clinical setting. The student will utilize the nursing process to care for a variety of clients in a variety of settings. Emphasis is in assisting the student into a professional work setting. (Spring Semester)
