Prerequisites: NURS 440, and NURS 455 with grades of "C" or higher . The focus of this courseis on the facilitation of maximum health for individuals, families, groups and communities through the use of the nursing process. Application of knowledge drawn from selected theories, research findings, leadership/ political processes, legal/ethical issues, and community resources to assist human need fulfillment of clients in a multicultural society. Four hours theory and six hours clinical experience per week. (Spring Semester)
