Organizational design and development, particularly in relation to the human resources of the organization. HR planning and its linkage to organizational strategic planning. Revisitation of current competitive strategies with a focus on how the HR Department can facilitate the movement of the organization toward their achievement. Design and implementation of Organization Development (OD) and employee involvement interventions. Budgeting, control, and measurement of the HR process. (Spring Semester)
