Introductory course in computer science with emphasis on exploring the profession's broad scope of computers, history, theories, computer fundamentals, design concepts, integration practices, and applications. The laboratory (hands-on experience) introduces the student to the current computer techniques utilizing MS-DOS, Windows, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics and internet.
