One to Three hours This course requires a research paper in an area of social work practice that is consistent with the student's area of emphasis and for which no formal courses are offered. To qualify for this course the student must be a social work major, have senior standing, a minimum of 2.80 grade point average in social work courses, permission of the professor directing the study, and permission of the Dean of the Carver School of Social Work.
