Ten hours This course builds upon concepts taught in the first Medical-Surgical course. An integrated practicum consisting of 120 clock hours of concentrated clinical eperience of direct patient care in a health care facility or health care organization required by the Kentucky Board of Nursing is the primary focus of the course (201 KAR 20:320). (The integrated practicum shall be completed within a period not to eceed seven consecutive weeks during the last semester or quarter of a nursing program).
