1 credit hour This course engages each of its students with a well respected and experienced minister as a mentor. It involves the protégé and mentor in reflection on the skills and competenciesneeded for effective and fulfilling ministry as identified in "Standard 3: Catholic Theology;" "Standard 4: Pastoral praxis;" and "Standard 5: Professional Practice" of National Certification Standards for Lay Ecclesial Ministry as approved by the National Conference of Catholic Bishops' Committee on Certification and Accreditation. Prerequisites: Th 109 Introduction to Ministry and junior status. ( Arr)
