3 credit hours Course content includes issues, intervention techniques, and service delivery models for infants, toddlers, and preschool children who are considered developmentally disabled or at risk. It also examines transdisciplinary approaches to Individual Family Service Plans, assessment and curriculum, transition, integration; and explores the developmental and functional approaches to instruction. Field experience is required. Prerequisite: Admission to Educational Studies Program or permission of instructor. ( SP)
