1 credit hour An introduction to computers and the use of electronic spreadsheets. Electronic spreadsheets are one of the most commonly used business software tools. This course fulfills GER requirements in that it promotes and encourages logical thinking and reasoning skills related to computer software applications in general; by emphasizing communications via writing and utilizing mathematical functions in designing and maintaining computer applications via electronic spreadsheets; and by cultivating individual student creativity resulting from an exposure to the use of text art and computer graphic technique attributes available in Microsoft Excel?.
