Building on the goal of integration begun in the New Ventures course, this course focuses on the strategic issues faced by large national and international organizations. Using cases and simulation, the course will focus on the development of long-term goals, strategies and policies of the firm. (Prerequisites: B.A. 301, 305, 315 or corequisite B.A. 410.)
