(Previously GRPH2205 Electronic Illustration) This course introduces the student to vector imaging using Adobe Illustrator to create digital illustrations. The course content will focus on drawing in the vector format using the pen and brush, making paths, masks and gradients to use as illustrations for design projects. The course will also emphasize typography as an illustrative device as well as various techniques and tools used in the creation of line art and color illustrations.
