This course is designed to introduce students to the theories of international relations as an academic discipline. It is intended to prepare students for graduate work in the field, but should be appropriate for those seeking to satisfy an interest in international relations theory. Students should have taken Foundations of International Politics, a methods course, and at lease one intermediate-level international relations course prior to beginning this course. Alternate years.
