FALL This is an introductory biology course designed to give insight, appreciation, and understanding of our plant and animal world, and to realize our obligations and responsibilities as citizens to contemporary biological problems. Some major concepts covered include cellular biology, biochemistry, photosynthesis and respiration, genetics, and embryology. Three lectures and one laboratory per week.
