Ill Adult II (4 CR.) Spring This course will involve application of biological, psychosocial, and spiritual concepts for adult clients experiencing the stress of an acute or chronic alteration in physical health. Focus will be placed on nursing interventions for clients experiencing stressors related to sensory function, musculoskeletal function, gastrointestinal function, integumentary function, urinary and renal function. Emphasis will be placed on the application of evidence-based clinical practice, knowledge acquisition, skill development and clinical competence. The nursing process and the Neuman Model will be utilized to provide care to clients within the health care delivery system of an acute care hospital. Clinical fee.
