Fal This course will focus on the student's ability to perform a comprehensive health history and physical examination. History-taking and physical-examination techniques presented in the course will help the student to develop strong skills to assess the physical, spiritual, and psychosocial aspects of the individual. These skills will provide a basis upon which further nursing knowledge and practice will be built. Prerequisite: acceptance to the Nursing Department, NUR 210
