SPRING This course provides a theoretical and practical framework for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate practices for young children, newborn to 36 months. Emphasis is on strategies for assessing and planning for the emerging cognitive, social/emotional, physical, creative, and moral/spiritual development of infants and toddlers. A field experience in approved site is required. Prerequisite: ECE 320 and admission to the Teacher Education Department
