SPRING A study of Scripture applied to the organic team model of leadership. This will provide a foundation and understanding of ministry that emphasizes both an intervention and prevention model for children and family. Behavior guidance, evaluation techniques, child security and abuse, and their application to the church or camp will be the focus. Inductive biblical study, church model case studies and interview will be the major methodologies.
