This course focuses on personal and professional development of ministers. Lectures and assignments examine the pastor's identity and calling in terms of ethics, habits in several key areas, and transitions. Participants also consider the various tasks assigned to pastoral ministers in a typical church. The course meets concurrently with other Person & Work classes (MIN 3520 and MIN 3530).
