The purpose of this course is to provide the student with an overview of church history. This is an introductory 91 course designed to acquaint the student with the broad scope of the history of the church over the last two millennia. At the end of the course the student should be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of the four major areas of church history: Early, Medieval, Renaissance-Reformation, and Modern. Crossroads accepts this course in lieu of HUM 3500 Milestones in Church History. Offered: every semester.
