This course provides background information and skills teachers need to develop primary areas of school health with particular emphasis on health services, health instruction and healthful environment implemented in a comprehensive school health education Pre-K - 12th grade. This course also provides the students with the opportunity to develop lesson plans and participate in a service learning teaching project.
