Topics may include hate crime and anti discrimination law, employment, family, and marriage law, HIV/AIDS policy, adoption bans, "bathroom bills," and immigration and refugee/asylum law. Part of the Human Rights Issue. Offered winter semester. Prerequisite: Junior standing.
