This course is designed to teach the specialized vocabulary and terminology necessary for law enforcement professionals to communicate in Spanish. A review of relevant grammatical structures will also be presented. In addition, cross-cultural differences, cultural sensitivity, and language variation as they relate to issues of law enforcement will be central themes of this course. Offered on sufficient demand. Prerequisite: SPA 202 with a grade of C (not C-) or better.
