A survey of test construction principles and psychological-educational measurement. The principles of normative data, reliability, and validity are emphasized. Issues involving the appropriate and ethical use of tests are also explored. Some commonly used tests are reviewed and evaluated according to these principles. Cross-listed with PSY 510.
