Supervised field experience with a legislative office, executive agency, political campaign organization, interest group, lobbying organization, legal office, or international organization. The purpose is to allow the student to apply academic knowledge to work experience. Offered every semester. Prerequisites: junior status and permission of sponsoring instructor. A maximum of six credits in PLS 490 and no more than nine credits in PLS 399, PLS 499, and PLS 490 may be taken. Graded credit/no-credit.
