Original research related to natural resources or environmental science. Work will be performed under the supervision of the student's graduate committee chair or an approved research mentor. A written thesis and a public oral presentation are required. The student will defend the thesis in front of the student's graduate committee. Offered each semester. Prerequisites: BIO 610, successful completion of qualifying exams and completion of the Responsible Conduct of Research Training within last three years.
