A performing ensemble dedicated to the music of our time. Solo, chamber, and large ensemble works drawn from the broad spectrum of contemporary music are performed. Activities include an annual commissioning program in which the ensemble works with a notable composer in the creation and realization of a new composition. Offered fall and winter semester. Prerequisites: Audition and permission of instructor.
