Musical notation using four clefs, simple, compound, and asymmetric meter, all scales, tertian harmonies to seventh chords, figured bass, and four-part writing. Required of all music majors. Offered fall semester. Prerequisites: Acceptance and registration in the following majors: Bachelor of Music Education, Bachelor of Music, Bachelor of Arts (Music) or Music Minor.
